Unique to MEM
1-for-1 social impact
Every funded employee seat opens a mirrored, free MEM seat for someone from an underserved community. Same platform, same coaches, same chance to rebuild. No competitor offers this.
Corporate Wellbeing · UK Pricing
The only UK platform where every employee seat funds a free seat for someone from an underserved community — with audited social value your board can sign off. Transparent pricing from 10 employees up. Annual billing, UK VAT excluded.
The MEM engagement engine
Engagement mechanics are table stakes now. What's defensible is the chain that ends in Impact — every UK employee seat funds a free MEM seat for someone from an underserved community.
Move
Movement sessions, recovery, mental-health journeys.
Engage
XP, streaks and team challenges keep participation alive past week 6.
Progress
Levels, learning modules and coach check-ins build healthy habits.
Connect
Office-vs-office leaderboards and community sessions strengthen culture.

Why MEM costs what it costs
Cheaper platforms exist. None of them route a share of your spend into training people facing barriers to work. Your wellbeing programme becomes someone else's first job — that's the social ROI line your board has been asking for.

What you can't buy elsewhere
Vitality, Virgin Pulse, YuLife and Wellhub all run engagement mechanics — that part is table stakes. MEM's difference is what the mechanics are attached to: a 1-for-1 social impact model, verified SROI reporting, and coach-led corporate fitness sessions layered on top of the self-serve resource stack — a combination incumbents don't run.
Unique to MEM
Every funded employee seat opens a mirrored, free MEM seat for someone from an underserved community. Same platform, same coaches, same chance to rebuild. No competitor offers this.
Auditable, not self-reported
Most platforms report engagement %. MEM reports £ of social value with a live data feed, SDG mapping and a board-ready disclosure pack. Funders and ESG committees can sign it off.
Not just an app, not just sessions
1,133-exercise library, AI Plan Builder, Games Room, Mind Room and a self-serve wellbeing curriculum, paired with coach-led corporate fitness sessions from lived-experience coaches. Incumbents are software-only or session-only — not both.
Engagement layer — built in
Progression, recognition, streaks and team challenges are evidence-informed and already live in the platform — so participation doesn't drop off after week six.
Live systemA snapshot of the engagement layer every employee gets on day one.
Rank · XP · Streaks · Challenges · Leaderboards · Battle pass
Employees unlock levels through consistency — visible progress that reinforces healthy behaviour.
A structured points framework recognises healthy actions, challenges completed and learning.
Friendly inter-team competition creates accountability, social connection and shared progress.
Habit-building systems reward consistency, not intensity — which is what actually changes behaviour.
Managers and HR see participation, engagement and wellbeing trends in a single dashboard.
Built around autonomy, mastery and belonging — not one-off events or perk fatigue.
The line your competitors can't write
Every XP point a UK employee earns funds a free platform seat for someone from an underserved community. Engagement becomes social impact — measured, reported and board-ready.
Gamified wellbeing and physical-activity challenge systems are well-evidenced for motivation, participation and adherence. MEM uses them as the mechanism — the outcome is workforce wellbeing plus a quantifiable social return your CSR, People and Finance leads can sign off on the same page.
UN Sustainable Development Goals
Every metric in your MEM dashboard ties back to a specific SDG — so CSR, ESG-S and funder reporting all draw from the same auditable data set.

Because most wellbeing vendors hide pricing behind a sales call, which wastes everyone's time and creates exactly the kind of opaque procurement decision boards now scrutinise. MEM publishes bands so HR and finance can shortlist properly.
