Corporate Wellbeing · UK Pricing

Corporate wellbeing that funds social impact.

The only UK platform where every employee seat funds a free seat for someone from an underserved community — with audited social value your board can sign off. Transparent pricing from 10 employees up. Annual billing, UK VAT excluded.

The MEM engagement engine

Five stages. One outcome your competitors can't replicate.

Engagement mechanics are table stakes now. What's defensible is the chain that ends in Impact — every UK employee seat funds a free MEM seat for someone from an underserved community.

  1. 01

    Move

    Movement sessions, recovery, mental-health journeys.

  2. 02

    Engage

XP, streaks and team challenges keep participation alive past week 6.

  3. 03

    Progress

Levels, learning modules and coach check-ins build healthy habits.

  4. 04

    Connect

Office-vs-office leaderboards and community sessions strengthen culture.

  5. 05

    Impact

Every funded seat opens a free MEM seat for someone from an underserved community.

Why MEM costs what it costs

Every programme creates pathways into employment and self-employment.

Cheaper platforms exist. None of them route a share of your spend into training people facing barriers to work. Your wellbeing programme becomes someone else's first job — that's the social ROI line your board has been asking for.

What you can't buy elsewhere

Every wellbeing platform has points and streaks now. Only MEM turns that engagement into social impact you can prove.

Vitality, Virgin Pulse, YuLife and Wellhub all run engagement mechanics — that part is table stakes. MEM's difference is what the mechanics are attached to: a 1-for-1 social impact model, verified SROI reporting, and coach-led corporate fitness sessions layered on top of the self-serve resource stack — a combination incumbents don't run.

Unique to MEM

1-for-1 social impact

Every funded employee seat opens a mirrored, free MEM seat for someone from an underserved community. Same platform, same coaches, same chance to rebuild. No competitor offers this.

Auditable, not self-reported

Verified SROI reporting

Most platforms report engagement %. MEM reports £ of social value with a live data feed, SDG mapping and a board-ready disclosure pack. Funders and ESG committees can sign it off.

Not just an app, not just sessions

Self-serve resources + coach-led fitness, in one stack

1,133-exercise library, AI Plan Builder, Games Room, Mind Room and a self-serve wellbeing curriculum, paired with coach-led corporate fitness sessions from lived-experience coaches. Incumbents are software-only or session-only — not both.

Engagement layer — built in

And yes — we run the engagement mechanics properly too.

Progression, recognition, streaks and team challenges are evidence-informed and already live in the platform — so participation doesn't drop off after week six.

A live view of the MEM engagement system: rank, XP level, daily streak, weekly borough challenge, leaderboards, battle pass and skill trees. Live system

A snapshot of the engagement layer every employee gets on day one.

Rank · XP · Streaks · Challenges · Leaderboards · Battle pass

Progression & milestones

Employees unlock levels through consistency — visible progress that reinforces healthy behaviour.

Recognition & rewards

A structured points framework recognises healthy actions, challenges completed and learning.

Team challenges

Friendly inter-team competition creates accountability, social connection and shared progress.

Streaks & momentum

Habit-building systems reward consistency, not intensity — which is what actually changes behaviour.

Live progress tracking

Managers and HR see participation, engagement and wellbeing trends in a single dashboard.

Behavioural design

Built around autonomy, mastery and belonging — not one-off events or perk fatigue.

The line your competitors can't write

Every XP point a UK employee earns funds a free platform seat for someone from an underserved community. Engagement becomes social impact — measured, reported and board-ready.

Gamified wellbeing and physical-activity challenge systems are well-evidenced for motivation, participation and adherence. MEM uses them as the mechanism — the outcome is workforce wellbeing plus a quantifiable social return your CSR, People and Finance leads can sign off on the same page.

UN Sustainable Development Goals

The six SDGs MEM maps to directly.

Every metric in your MEM dashboard ties back to a specific SDG — so CSR, ESG-S and funder reporting all draw from the same auditable data set.

  • SDG 3

    Good Health & Wellbeing

Physical + mental health outcomes from coaching sessions

  • SDG 4

    Quality Education

    Ofqual-recognised qualification pathways for coaches

  • SDG 8

    Decent Work & Economic Growth

Self-employment pathway for people from underserved communities into paid work

  • SDG 10

    Reduced Inequalities

Cohorts for people from ethnic minority backgrounds, NEET young people and other underserved communities

  • SDG 16

    Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions

Creating employment pathways and purpose for underserved communities

  • SDG 17

    Partnerships for the Goals

Corporate + funder partnerships driving the above

SDGs 3, 4, 8, 10, 16 and 17 — direct, mechanism-based contributions. Full mapping included in the Enterprise ESG-S disclosure pack.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a corporate wellbeing programme cost in the UK?

UK programmes range from around £1 to £15 per employee per month. MEM Academy starts at £1.75 PEPM (Essentials, digital-only, 10–49 FTE), £4 PEPM at Starter, £8 PEPM at Growth, and from £12 PEPM at Enterprise. All prices are per eligible employee per month, billed annually, UK VAT excluded.

Do you charge on eligible employees or active users?

Eligible employees (headcount in scope). This keeps procurement simple and removes the perverse incentive to under-promote the programme. Engagement is reported monthly and reviewed quarterly — if active usage drops below 25%, we run a re-engagement sprint at no extra cost.

Is there a discount for paying annually up front?

Yes — 10% off list price for annual prepay on Starter and Growth. Enterprise prepay discounts are scoped on contract value. Multi-year (24-month) commitments unlock a further 5%.

What are the volume breaks?

Starter and Growth list prices drop at 500 FTE (−10%), 1,000 FTE (−15%) and 2,500 FTE (−20%). Enterprise is custom-priced from 2,000 FTE upward and always includes the volume break by default.

Is there a minimum contract?

12 months for Essentials, Starter and Growth. 24 months for Enterprise. Outcome change takes a full year cycle to show up in absence, attrition and ESG-S data — anything shorter is a pilot.

Do you offer a pilot?

Yes — a 90-day paid pilot for 250+ FTE at the Growth band rate, no annual lock-in. You get full platform access, baseline diagnostic, mid-pilot board report and a renewal recommendation grounded in your own data. Pilot fees credit against the first annual invoice on renewal.

What's the onboarding fee?

Essentials and Starter: no onboarding fee. Growth: £2,500 one-off (covers HRIS handshake, manager training kickoff, baseline diagnostic). Enterprise: scoped — typically £7,500–£20,000 depending on integrations, sites and reporting depth.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You own your data. On exit we provide a full CSV export of engagement, outcomes and ESG-S metrics within 14 days, then delete all identifiable records within 30 days. No hostage data, no exit fee.

Can we add coaching hours on top?

Yes. 1:1 coaching is £85/hour at Starter, £75/hour at Growth, £65/hour at Enterprise. Team workshops are £950/half-day (virtual) or £1,800/half-day (on-site, UK mainland). Unused hours roll over one quarter.

Why is your pricing public?

Because most wellbeing vendors hide pricing behind a sales call, which wastes everyone's time and creates exactly the kind of opaque procurement decision boards now scrutinise. MEM publishes bands so HR and finance can shortlist properly.
