Pricing questions

Commission, credits, trial and team seats — answered.

When do you charge commission?

Never on clients you bring to MEM. If a client finds you through MEM-sourced enquiries and books you, commission applies at your plan's rate (25% / 15% / 10% / 5% for Free / Starter / Growth / Pro), taken automatically at payment. Upgrading your plan lowers your rate.

What are AI credits?

Credits power everything AI on MEM — PDFs from 1 cr (template) up to 8 cr (AI-generated with new cover), plus SEO content, background removal and image generation. Your plan includes a monthly allowance; you can top up any time. Credits are charged on successful generation only. Unused plan credits roll over one month, then expire. Top-up credits never expire.

How do team seats work?

Team seats are Pro-only. Each seat is £19/month and gives a coach a full login under your brand — own client list, own programmes, 5% commission rate on MEM-sourced clients and +250 credits/month. Team analytics (retention and adherence) are included with Pro.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Paid tiers include a 14-day free trial. You get full access to every feature in the tier you pick for 14 days. No card is required to start, and we won't charge you until the trial ends. If you don't add a payment method before day 14, your account simply pauses — nothing is billed automatically.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Yes. You can cancel any time from your billing settings during the 14 days and you won't be charged a penny. After the trial, you can still cancel at any point — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month, and you keep access until that date.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes — switch between Starter, Growth and Pro any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your commission rate updates the moment your new tier is active.

Does MEM work outside the UK?

Yes — coaches use MEM worldwide. Prices display in £, $, € or A$ automatically, all cards accepted. Every tool is global except the UK-specific tax features (US, EU and AU versions are on the roadmap).

How do I contact MEM support?

Email us at support@memacademy.org any day of the week. We aim to reply within one working day (Mon–Fri, UK time), and Pro members get priority support with same-day responses on weekdays.

Where do I send a billing or payment issue?

For anything billing-related — failed payments, incorrect charges, refund requests, VAT receipts or invoice copies — email support@memacademy.org with the email address on your account and the date of the charge.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

Open the 'Manage subscription' button at the top of this page (visible once you're signed in and on a paid plan) to cancel, switch tiers or update your card. If you can't access it, email support@memacademy.org and we'll cancel for you in writing.
