Email us at sales@mem.fitness any day of the week. We aim to reply within one working day (Mon–Fri, UK time), and Studio members get priority support with same-day responses on weekdays.
Email supportFor anything billing-related — failed payments, incorrect charges, refund requests, VAT receipts or invoice copies — email sales@mem.fitness with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. We'll investigate and get back to you within one working day.
Email billing teamEmail sales@mem.fitness with a quick description and a screenshot if you can. If it's blocking you from using the platform, mention 'trial blocker' in the subject line and we'll prioritise it. We'd rather extend your trial than have you lose days to a bug.
Email trial supportOpen the 'Manage subscription' button at the top of this page (visible once you're signed in and on a paid plan) to cancel, switch tiers or update your card. If you can't access it, email sales@mem.fitness and we'll cancel for you in writing.
Email to cancelEmail sales@mem.fitness straight away with the charge date and the last four digits of the card. If we can see the cancellation didn't process correctly on our side, we'll refund the charge in full. No back-and-forth.
