Downloads a JSON file with your profile, roles, payment history and the audit log of changes you've made. This is a partial export — the long tail (workouts, posts, evidence packs) will be added incrementally; email us if you need something specific now.
Deleting is immediate and permanent: your sign-in, profile, posts, media and personal data are removed and you are signed out on every device. We don't wipe records that are linked to safeguarding, funder reporting, or financial audit. Instead we log a deletion request, hold it for a 30-day cooling-off window, then either fully purge or anonymise your data (keeping only what UK law requires us to retain). You can cancel any time during the cooling-off window.
All requests are logged in our internal audit log.
