Sprint 3 · 5 modules

Sprint 3 — Client Onboarding + Q1 Board Report (Source Pack)

onboarding playbook sets the standard; the Q1 report is the first formal output the client receives and it must be predictable, board-grade, SROI-anchored.

Modules in this sprint

  1. 01

    4-Week Client Onboarding Playbook

    R = Responsible · A = Accountable · C = Consulted · I = Informed

  2. 02

    Coach-Matching Rubric

Each candidate coach is scored 1–10 on three dimensions. A 7 on at least two of the three is the minimum to advance to delivery. Otherwise: re-match.

  3. 03

    Q1 Board Report Template

(For programmes without manager training: this table is replaced with the four cohort-specific indicators agreed in the W2 design doc.)

  4. 04

Launch Comms Pack — Week 3

    1. Exec voice goes out first. If HR sends the launch email under HR's name, the programme reads as a perk. If the exec sponsor sends it under their name, it reads as strategy. 2. Managers are briefed BEFORE staff opt-in opens. Managers must

  5. 05

    Day-30 Pulse — Instrument Spec

If everyone in the cohort gets surveyed on the same calendar day, half are 10 days post-first-session and half are 40 days post. The signal blurs. Per-participant timing keeps every response at the same dose.

Sprint overview

Sprint 3 — Client Onboarding + Q1 Board Report (Source Pack)

Public-page promise: /corporate/programme (the umbrella SKU). Why third: unblocks every paying client's first 90 days. The onboarding playbook sets the standard; the Q1 report is the first formal output the client receives and it must be predictable, board-grade, SROI-anchored.

Differentiated IP (must appear in every asset)

  • The 4-Week Onboarding Playbook (W1 diagnostic · W2 design + coach match · W3 launch comms · W4 first sessions) with named owners, deliverables, and RACI
  • The Coach-Matching Rubric (sector · demographic fit · lived-experience match) — most incumbents allocate by availability; we allocate by fit
  • The Q1 Board Report Template (one page front, evidence appendix back) — SROI 1-for-1 line is row 1, not a footnote
  • The three cross-cutting lines on every cover page (SROI 1-for-1 · lived experience · board-grade reporting)

Authoring rules (apply to every file)

  • No clinical claims. Educational + signposting only. Re-read mem://constraints/no-clinical-services.
  • UK reg framing only.
  • One lived-experience case study per asset.
  • CTA on every closing page: "Want this adapted for your sector? Book a 20-min discovery call."
  • SROI 1-for-1 hook embedded in every board-facing template — the line is row 1 of the Q1 report, not a footnote.

What "done" looks like

Production team converts:

  • 01 → DOCX + Notion template clients can copy
  • 02 → DOCX scoring sheet + internal Airtable / Linear template
  • 03 → DOCX one-pager + DOCX evidence appendix
  • 04 → editable copy bank in the platform (Slack / Teams / email / poster)
  • 05 → scheduled survey instrument in the platform

MEM is a self-serve resource library — your managers and staff work through the modules at their own pace, with the workbooks, runsheets and pocket cards provided. Coach-led delivery is available only for our corporate fitness sessions, not the educational modules. Every funded seat also opens a mirrored free seat for someone leaving prison, with SROI your board can sign off.
