Why is pricing based on modules and support, not participant numbers?
We believe charities should not be penalised for supporting more people. MEM pricing reflects the depth of tools, reporting complexity, delivery sites, staff access, onboarding and white-label needs — not the number of participants or people you support.
Do I pay more if we run multiple delivery sites?
Growth and Impact plans include multi-site and multi-project support. Starter is designed for smaller or single-site delivery teams. If your organisation expands, you can upgrade without losing any data.
What does the Impact plan include that Growth does not?
Impact adds white-labelled participant portals, custom SROI methodology, partner and funder reporting, multi-site dashboards and an annual assurance pack. It is built for organisations with more complex reporting obligations, multiple funders or partnership-led delivery.
Can we start on Starter and move up?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your data, participants, sessions and delivery history move with you. There is no migration fee.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly two months compared to paying monthly. Charities paying annually also receive priority onboarding scheduling.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Starter, Growth and Impact do not include mandatory setup fees. If you need tailored onboarding, white-label support or custom reporting, we can discuss that through the Partner Plan.

The Partner Plan is for multi-site charities, delivery partnerships, academy trusts, regional collaborations and organisations that need tailored onboarding, reporting or white-label support. It is not required for most small or mid-sized charities.
