What you'll see on the dashboard (and when)
- From Week 2: attendance, coach-matching status.
- From Week 4: session utilisation, nudge engagement rates.
- From Week 6: anonymised confidence-pulse early signals (cohorts of 5+ only).
- From Week 10: behavioural delta tiles (e.g. "% managers who opened a wellbeing conversation").
- From Week 12: SROI Row 1 — the headline impact figure for your board report.
What we need from you (the short list)
- Cohort list by W0 — name, email, line manager, location.
- Exec sponsor email sent by end of W1 (we draft, exec sends).
- Two 30-minute slots in W4 and W8 for dashboard walkthroughs.
- One internal comms channel for nudges (Slack, MS Teams, SMS, or email — your call).
- Line managers freed for the W11 debrief (60 min).
Everything else is on us.
What we will never ask for
- Individual participant attendance reports to managers.
- Clinical or medical information about any participant.
- Salary, performance ratings, or HR case data.
- Names attached to pulse responses.
Questions: your Account Manager is the single point of contact throughout.
