What you'll see on the dashboard (and when)

  • From Week 2: attendance, coach-matching status.
  • From Week 4: session utilisation, nudge engagement rates.
  • From Week 6: anonymised confidence-pulse early signals (cohorts of 5+ only).
  • From Week 10: behavioural delta tiles (e.g. "% managers who opened a wellbeing conversation").
  • From Week 12: SROI Row 1 — the headline impact figure for your board report.

What we need from you (the short list)

  1. Cohort list by W0 — name, email, line manager, location.
  2. Exec sponsor email sent by end of W1 (we draft, exec sends).
  3. Two 30-minute slots in W4 and W8 for dashboard walkthroughs.
  4. One internal comms channel for nudges (Slack, MS Teams, SMS, or email — your call).
  5. Line managers freed for the W11 debrief (60 min).

Everything else is on us.


What we will never ask for

  • Individual participant attendance reports to managers.
  • Clinical or medical information about any participant.
  • Salary, performance ratings, or HR case data.
  • Names attached to pulse responses.

Questions: your Account Manager is the single point of contact throughout.
