    Behaviour change requires stimulus → practice → feedback → reinforcement. A standalone workshop fails because it stops at stimulus. A standalone app fails because it skips stimulus. Hybrid delivery sequences all four across 12 weeks.

    For each tile: 1. State the number out loud. 2. State the threshold (green/amber/red). 3. If green: move on in 15 seconds. 4. If amber or red: explain the cause + what you're doing about it (don't ask them to fix it).

Sprint overview

Sprint 5 — Hybrid Delivery Playbook + Impact Dashboard Spec

Goal: Standardise how MEM blends in-person workshops, 1:1 coaching, and digital touchpoints into a single 12-week client engagement, and define the dashboard that proves it worked.

Why this sprint exists: Competitors sell either "training days" (no follow-through) or "app licences" (no human). Buyers (HRDs, Heads of People, ESG leads) are burned by both. Our Q1 board reports (Sprint 3) and curriculum (Sprints 1, 2, 4) need a delivery shell that:

  1. Sequences the modalities so behaviour change actually sticks (workshop → coaching → nudge → measurement).
  2. Gives the buyer a live view of utilisation, sentiment, and outcomes — not a PDF 12 weeks late.
  3. Locks the data model so every pulse, attendance record, and coaching note rolls up to the SROI "Row 1" headline.

Boundaries (do not cross)

  • Dashboard surfaces aggregate and anonymised data only. No participant names, no session notes, no clinical content.
  • No "wellbeing scores" presented as clinical assessments. Pulses are confidence/behavioural deltas — see Sprint 1 §4-signal and Sprint 4 §08-financial-confidence-pulse.
  • Manager dashboards never expose individual participant attendance. Minimum cohort size to render any tile: n ≥ 5.

Definition of done

  • A new client can be onboarded (Sprint 3) → delivered (Sprint 5 playbook) → reported on (Sprint 3 board template) without a single bespoke decision.
  • Every event in 05-data-model-and-events.md has a clear write path from coach/facilitator tooling.
  • Dashboard spec is detailed enough that engineering can build without follow-up design questions.
