Reds appear at the top of the agenda. Ambers are reviewed; greens get a sentence.

Leading indicators (left column)

  • Pipeline: signed SoWs next 90 days, quoted-not-signed next 90 days. Coach-demand implication.
  • Bench: Associates / Coaches / Seniors active; on planned pause; in vetting (Sprint 7 / 05).
  • Coach diversity vs Sprint 7 / 02 targets: named misses + remediation.
  • Live pulse signals: any client cohort with mid-engagement pulse below baseline. Surfaced before quarterly report.
  • Sales-to-delivery handoff health: Sprint 6 / 08 protocol completion rate.

Lagging indicators (right column)

  • SROI per closed engagement with confidence factor and range.
  • Outcome deltas rolled up across active clients (post-confidence).
  • Coach QA distribution for the quarter.
  • Safeguarding pattern summary (anonymised, aggregated only).
  • Renewal rate — % of engagements that signed a follow-on SoW.

Risk register hooks

Top 5 risks from the live register (Sprint 9 will own the full register) appear here with:

  • One-line description.
  • Risk owner.
  • Last reviewed date (red if >30 days).
  • Movement since last month (↑ ↓ →).

Corrections panel

Every correction issued in the last 90 days (file 10):

  • What was wrong, what we changed, who saw the old number.
  • This is non-negotiable on the dashboard — boards that don't see corrections stop trusting the numbers they do see.

Cadence

  • Compiled by Head of Impact in the first 3 working days of each month.
  • Reviewed at the monthly board meeting.
  • Filed in the Evidence Room (file 08) with the meeting minute reference.
  • One-page summary (KPI lights + corrections only) shared with the wider team in the same week.

What we don't put on the board dashboard

  • Anything client-named without consent (use anonymised refs).
  • Vanity engagement metrics (logins, "completion rates") without a tied outcome.
  • "Pipeline coverage ratios" or pure sales metrics — those live on the commercial dashboard, not this one.
  • Forecasts of SROI for unsigned work.

MEM is a self-serve resource library — your managers and staff work through the modules at their own pace, with the workbooks, runsheets and pocket cards provided. Coach-led delivery is available only for our corporate fitness sessions, not the educational modules. Every funded seat also opens a mirrored free seat for someone leaving prison, with SROI your board can sign off.
