Why coaching stays the anchor
Coaching pays the bills, builds the proof, and keeps you sharp on what clients actually need. Every credible fitness brand started with a coach who delivered the work first. Skip this step and the ecosystem has no roots.
The four coach-led income shapes
1:1, small group, online async coaching, and live/group programmes (Module 8). Audit which of these you run today and which hour-cap they hit. The cap is the signal it's time to add a non-coach-led layer alongside — not instead of.
What 'brand' adds on top
A brand is everything that earns when you're not coaching: programmes, products, content libraries, partnerships, community, corporate, CIC delivery. Coaching is the engine. The brand is what compounds.
