2. System auto-generates certificate ID and stores attendance record.

4. Verification link routes to a public page showing:
   • Attendee name (matches certificate)

   • Issue date
   • "Valid" / "Revoked" status

Revocation

Certificates are revoked only on confirmed fraud (claimed attendance, did not attend). HR sponsor at the client org is notified.
