    A line manager has 10–15 minutes of attention per direct report per week. A 12-item checklist gets ignored. Four signals = one per finger of one hand, recallable mid-conversation, mappable to one weekly 1:1.

    The OPENED Conversation Framework

    Scripts make managers sound robotic and create legal/HR risk when read verbatim. A 6-step framework lets the manager hold the shape of the conversation while staying themselves. Each letter = one move.

    30-Day Reinforcement Nudge Sequence

    10 messages over 30 days. Mix of email (longer, reflective) and SMS / push (short, prompt). Sent to the manager only (not their team).

Sprint 1 — Manager Mental Health Module (Source Pack)

Public-page promise: /corporate/workplace-mental-health-training → 1a Manager module. Format: 3-hour intensive · on-site UK or live virtual · cohort 8–16. Award: CPD-aligned hours certificate.
