    Every MEM financial coach — internal employee, contractor, or affiliate delivering 1:1 financial coaching to corporate clients or justice-leaver cohorts. No coach delivers a 1:1 session before they have signed page 12 of this handbook.

Sprint 4 — Financial Wellbeing Strands A / B / C (Source Pack)

Public-page promise: /corporate/financial-wellbeing-employees. Why fourth: #1 stressor in every UK workforce survey since 2022; the clearest moat against EAP incumbents (most ship a phone line; we ship education + coaching + signposting under one roof). Strand D (side-income via MEM4PT) already exists — Sprint 4 ships A, B, C.

Differentiated IP (must appear in every asset)

  • The FCA Boundary Card — printed on every coach asset, taught in every workshop. We do NOT give regulated advice; we give education, signposting, and 1:1 coaching on behaviour. Confusing the two is the #1 reputational risk and we kill it in the design.
  • The 24h Debt + Crisis SLA — no employee in a money crisis waits longer than one working day to speak to a trained coach who has the signposting decision tree in their hand. No EAP delivers this.
  • The 6-session Money Basics curriculum built for a UK payslip, UK tax year, UK benefits system — generic global content doesn't fit a UK warehouse worker's reality.
  • Lived-experience co-facilitator in every workshop (someone who's rebuilt from debt, an IVA, bankruptcy — speaks at minute 35 of each session).
  • The three cross-cutting lines on every cover page (SROI 1-for-1 · lived experience · board-grade reporting).

  • UK-only context. UK payslip, UK tax bands, UK benefits (Universal Credit, PIP, Council Tax Reduction), UK debt mechanisms (DRO, IVA, bankruptcy, breathing space).
  • One lived-experience case study per asset.
  • CTA on every closing page: "Want this adapted for your sector? Book a 20-min discovery call."
  • Numbers tied to the UK tax year in plain English — never USD, never euros, never "approximately".
