Strand B — Session Template Bundle

DOCX templates the coach fills before, during, and after every 1:1. Same structure across all coaches so the platform can roll up anonymised outcomes for the Q1 board report.

1. Intake form (first session)

Used in session 1 only. 60-minute session. Coach completes form WITH the learner, not after. The act of filling it together IS the work of session 1.
