01 — Operating Cadence

The cadence is deliberately small. Fewer, sharper meetings beat a packed calendar.

Daily

Delivery Standup — 15 min, 09:15 UK

  • Attendees: Head of Delivery, Lead Coaches on live cohorts, Ops Lead
  • Format: yesterday / today / blockers / safeguarding flags
  • Output: blockers logged in Linear with owner + due date
  • Rule: no problem solving in the room — book a follow-up

Sales Standup — 10 min, 09:30 UK (only if pipeline ≥ 5 active opps)

  • Attendees: Commercial Lead, AEs
  • Focus: stuck deals, today's calls, asks for delivery

Rules of the cadence

  1. If a meeting has no pre-read, it is cancelled.
  2. If a meeting has no decision or action, it shrinks or dies next cycle.
  3. Recurring meetings are reviewed every quarter — default is to kill, not keep.
  4. No meeting without a named owner and a Loom-or-doc fallback for absentees.

MEM is a self-serve resource library — your managers and staff work through the modules at their own pace, with the workbooks, runsheets and pocket cards provided. Coach-led delivery is available only for our corporate fitness sessions, not the educational modules. Every funded seat also opens a mirrored free seat for someone leaving prison, with SROI your board can sign off.
