Lesson 7 of 7

Build a global delivery rhythm and partnerships

~10 min

Learning objectives

  • Design a weekly rhythm that respects multiple timezones
  • Avoid the always-on trap
  • Build referral and partnership channels abroad
  • Set 90-day global growth targets

A weekly rhythm beats heroic effort

Coaches who burn out going global are the ones who try to be 'always on'. The ones who scale build a fixed weekly rhythm: coaching blocks, content blocks, check-in blocks, live-call blocks and admin blocks — each at a set time that respects their own timezone and their primary client timezones.

If your beachhead is the Gulf, your live calls might sit in your morning. If it's North America, your live block sits in your evening. Pick one — don't try to cover both at once.

Partnerships do what ads can't

The fastest global growth almost always comes from partnerships: another coach in your niche in a different market, an expat community group, a gym abroad, a corporate wellness lead, a content creator your client follows.

One good partnership in your beachhead market is worth more than a month of paid ads. Make a list of 10 potential partners and reach out to one a week.

Set 90-day global targets

Set three numbers for the next 90 days: number of new international clients, monthly recurring revenue from international clients, and number of partnerships started. Review weekly inside MEM.

Small, specific targets beat vague ambition every time.

Founder insight — Derrick Twum

MEM has scaled fastest where one coach + one community + one rhythm meet. The platform is built to support that rhythm — not to encourage hustle culture across 18 timezones.

Key takeaway

Global growth is a rhythm: fixed weekly blocks, one beachhead, real partnerships and clear 90-day targets.
