AI as a strategic sparring partner

AI is most useful in business planning when you stop asking it for answers and start asking it to challenge you. Paste in your offer, your price, your monthly numbers and ask: "What are the 5 weakest points in this offer? Where is the friction in this sales page? What would a buyer's main objection be?"

The value is in being challenged faster, not in being agreed with.

Offer copy and pricing pages

Feed AI: your niche, your transformation promise, what is included, the price, payment terms, refund / guarantee policy and proof. Ask for a draft of: sales page sections (hero, problem, solution, what's included, pricing, FAQs), DM script, follow-up email sequence, and discovery-call script.

Then rewrite for tone, simplify, and remove anything that sounds inflated.

A monthly business review with AI

Once a month, paste in: new enquiries, new sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, revenue, top-performing content, biggest objections heard. Ask AI to summarise patterns and suggest 3 changes to test next month.

Make the changes small and measurable. Repeat.
