Every AI output needs a coach pass

The single biggest mistake PTs make with AI is publishing the first draft. AI output is starting material, not finished material. Build a 60-second review pass and never skip it.

The 5-point AI review checklist

1) Accuracy — is anything factually wrong or invented? 2) Safety — any unsafe claim, contraindication missed, or out-of-scope advice? 3) Voice — does it sound like you, or like a generic Instagram coach? 4) Specificity — does it actually speak to my client / niche? 5) Compliance — any guarantees, medical claims or before/afters without consent?

If any answer is no, rewrite before publishing.

Personalisation prompts that fix generic output

Add to your prompts: "Use my niche: [niche]. Use my client avatar: [age, situation, goal]. Use my tone: [direct / warm / no-fluff / etc]. Use UK English. Avoid hype words like 'guaranteed', 'transform', 'unlock'."

Most generic AI output is generic because the prompt was generic.
