Lesson 7 of 7
Turn your online offer into a profile service and sales page
Learning objectives
- Turn the coaching offer into public-facing sales copy
- Build a service listing for the MEM profile
- Create a simple sales page structure
- Make the offer easy for clients to understand and act on
If people cannot understand it, they will not buy it
A strong online offer still needs clear public presentation. Many coaches create a good programme but describe it badly. They say things like “online coaching available” or “DM for plans.” That does not give the client enough confidence.
The service listing should explain who it is for, what problem it solves, what is included, how long it lasts and what the next step is.
The simple sales structure
A clear online coaching service page should include an offer headline, who it is for, the problem it solves, what the client receives, how it works, the programme length, price or starting price, coach credibility, client expectations, a CTA to enquire or book, and an FAQ or common objections.
This does not need to be complicated. It needs to be clear.
Use your MEM profile as the shopfront
The MEM coach profile should not only be a bio. It should become the coach’s public proof and service hub. The coach can use it to show their niche, services, reviews, posts, programmes, live sessions and community work.
The online offer should sit clearly on the profile so people can understand it without needing a long conversation first.
Write the first version, then improve
The first version does not need to be perfect. It needs to be live, clear and testable. Coaches can improve the headline, pricing, proof and CTA as they learn what clients respond to.
Founder insight — Derrick Twum
MEMFitness and MEM Academy were built by turning purpose and skills into visible offers. People need to understand what you do, who it helps and why it matters. The same applies to a PT’s online coaching service.
Key takeaway
Your online offer is not finished until people can clearly see it, understand it and take action.
