Why short-form is non-negotiable
Reels, TikToks and Shorts are now the fastest way for a PT to be discovered by people outside their existing network. You do not need to go viral. You need to be findable by 50 of the right people each month.
A short video that helps one specific person is doing its job — even with 200 views.
A simple short-form structure
Use this 4-part structure: HOOK (call out the problem in 2 seconds), PROBLEM (briefly explain why it is happening), SHIFT (the insight or fix), CTA (what to do next, e.g. follow, save, DM). Keep videos 20–45 seconds. No music intro. Get to the point.
Film 3 in a row in the same outfit. Batch beats brilliance.
