Your clients are writing your content for you
Every question a client asks in a session, a DM, a check-in or a discovery call is a content idea. If one person asked, twenty more are wondering. Treat every question as a free post idea.
Build a permanent idea bank
Keep one running note (Notes app, Notion, Google Doc) titled "Content Bank". After every session or DM, drop the question in. Add anything you said that landed, any objection you handled, any myth you cleared up. Within a month you will have more ideas than you can post.
One question, one week of content
Pick one strong client question. Turn it into: a short video (your answer in 30 seconds), a carousel (the longer breakdown), a story series (live walking through it), a long caption (the nuance), a reel hook (the misconception). Five posts from one question.
